PEM Premier Properties

PEM Premier Properties was established in 2009 and is the new residential real estate brokerage division of PEM Real Estate Group, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Paul Mashni is the Founder and Managing Member of PEM Real Estate Group, which is comprised of PEM Premier Properties, PEM Management Company and PEM Capital Group.

PEM Premier Properties is committed to providing premium brokerage services while ensuring real value for their customers. Mr. Mashni has assembled a team of residential brokers with years of experience in the residential brokerage industry to provide a hands-on, accountability based approach to each client at a reasonable fee which is in line with current market conditions. PEM Premier’s clients are also able to tap into the full spectrum of PEM Real Estate Group’s services which include single and multi-family property management, asset management, and commercial and residential lending services.

By combining the appeal of PEM Premier Properties with the corporate strength and resources of PEM Real Estate Group, Cooley Advertising & Public Relations seeks to develop a brand identity that is alluring to potential clients, agents and corporate partners. This will be accomplished through a well coordinated, multi-faceted, three phase marketing campaign that consists of the creation of marketing messages, materials and experiences that are consistent with PEM’s affluent image and the uniqueness of the Real Estate opportunity it provides.

Phase one focuses on building a solid foundation of trust in the company and the company’s management team among real estate professionals, consumers, the business community and the non-profit community. Phase two focuses on the elements of building awareness and brand loyalty which includes a variety of communications that compare and contrast the company’s features and benefits with the alternatives of existing competitors. Phase three continues branding efforts, building general awareness and strengthening credibility among potential new customers, the real estate industry, prospective real estate agents, as well as the general public.

Real Estate Publications that will be featuring full- or half-page spreads on PEM Premier Properties are: Luxury Home Magazine, Homes & Land, and Grayhawk Flight, which is the local homeowner’s association publication for the residents in the community of Grayhawk. Business and general consumer publications will include: The Phoenix Business Journal’s Giving Guide and AZ Business Magazine.
