Newsletter

Dear Friends, Colleagues & Clients:

I am reminded by my efficient staff that it’s time for the quarterly newsletter to be e-blasted to our targeted audience. Amazing how time flies and that another quarter has gone by. We’re inching closer to calling 2009 "history". And for many, it may be a welcome change for 2009 to be over. What an interesting year it has been!

The other day, I read that the recession is technically over. Do you feel it yet? I suppose not, with unemployment numbers hovering around 10% and consumer confidence still shaky, I believe that it’ll be a while before we feel these positive changes. One thing is for certain, the holiday season will soon be upon us and this time of year brings great hope for the retail industry. Already retailers are gearing up for the holidays and hoping to cash in on some of the proposed consumer sentiment. We’ll watch how this plays out over the next 90 days.

Enclosed you’ll find several articles from the team members and a glimpse into some new client work. I think you’ll agree that there’s something for everybody in this quarterly newsletter.

The process that is spoken about in the "Creative Corner" is a process that we practice here at the Agency and we’re always honing our skills to better serve our clients. Take a moment to share this with your staff and see what results it might bear.

Lastly, the buzz seems to be all about social media and social marketing. Does this mean that there’s no such thing as a regular text message anymore? Does this all translate to tweeting? Well, one thing is obvious; there will continue to be an ongoing evolution of the digital world and it’s here to stay. Might as well join in the evolution and reap the benefits of this changing landscape and remember tweeting is no longer "just for the birds"!

It will be after January 1st before another newsletter is sent, so enjoy your holidays and happy New Year to you all. Don’t forget to “spend” during the holidays so that we all can reap the benefits of a stimulated economy.
